My classes are designed to make bellydance movements easy to understand fun to do, so you leave feeling rejuvenated, inspired, and wanting more.

“POWER HOUR” TECHNIQUE
GREAT FOR ALL LEVELS
Train with Raena to emPOWER yourself! Shift your mindset with a mix of fitness & bellydance technique. You’ll learn to turn basic movement into graceful bellydance skills.
Each week, you’ll undo old patterns while developing new beautiful moves. You (& your body) will love the results from this class format.

EVENING CHOREOGRAPHY SERIES
ALL LEVELS
Unwind, recharge, and reconnect with yourself! This evening class offers a playful yet grounded approach to bellydance, with layered technique, musicality, and creative exploration via exciting choreograph. Adaptable for a range of experience levels. Beginners WELCOME!
Expect laughs, personal wins, and a post-dance mood that lasts for days.
WHY BELLY DANCE?
Since the beginning of humanity, movement has been a instinctive way to express emotions, celebrate ourselves, connect with others, and access more creativity…all while benefiting from the “feel-good” endorphins.
My favorite thing about bellydance is how adaptable it is for EVERYONE (any age, size, or ability). As a multi-certified fitness trainer, I’m deeply aware that life is a balancing act: work and family stressors, health issues or chronic injuries, aging, and menopausal changes. My class material makes sure you have a great time, safely.
Every week, students tell me how bellydance class is their “happy place”. It’s a wonderful remedy for gracefully navigating the ups and downs of being human!
