Learn the FUN-damentals of bellydance with Raena’s easy-to-follow teaching style.

This morning class is great for busy moms, active retirees, offers flexibility in a school/work schedule.

You will have a great time each week and be inspired to stay on course with self-care in 2026!

These classes are designed with beginners in mind:

  • In-studio instruction with lots of review (50 min class)

  • Weekly content is adapted to students’ abilities

  • Positive, supportive group setting enhances mental well-being

  • Low-impact material that is suitable for all ages and fitness levels

  • Full-body workout improves lower body strength, core power & pelvic stability, upper body mobility and better posture

  • Creative exercise is more appealing & sustainable

  • ZOOM option too + weekly class recording for home practice

  • If you have experience, this is still a great class to refine your dance skills

My classes are held in the REAR studio of Sai Nyrita Dance Academy.

Please go around the property to the NE back corner. You’ll find plenty of parking & will use this rear entrance. There are twinkling solar lights to help find the studio after dark.
