Time to dance! Follow along with Raena as she teaches fun combinations that progress weekly.
This class moves along at a low-impact but moderate pace. The material is taught over 4-8 weeks. There is an abundance of review, movement explanation, and progress is adjusted to meet the overall needs of the class.
